3 DIY Natural Overnight Sleeping Masks

Overnight sleeping masks are simply the best. Not only does your skin repair and renew the most while you are sleeping, it is during this time that your skin is most receptive to noroushing ingredients. We are all about natural ingredients and with these masks you have nothing to worry about. The best, very best, ingredients come from our mother earth. This is something you should never forget and also take full advantage of. This month I challenge you to try these three masks that include very few ingredients and work miracles on the skin.

Coconut and Tomato Sleeping Mask

The first mask you should make is the coconut and tomato overnight sleeping mask. Mix 2 tbsp Coconut Milk and 1 Tbsp Tomato Juice together. If you have acne-prone skin, use jojoba oil instead of coconut milk. Apply this mask on a clean face before hitting bed and rinse it off the next morning to wake up to beautiful skin.

Honey and Lemon Sleeping Mask

This one is super easy-peasy. All you have to do is mix 2 tbsp honey in 1 tbsp of lemon joice. Mix the ingredients well and apply on a thoroughly clean face and leave on overnight. Rinse with warm water the next morning for a glowing complexion.

Banana Peel Mask

After eating the banana, rub the inside of the peel all over your face and neck area. Banana peel is rich in vitamin B6, B12, and protein. It helps to brighten up skin and also moisturizes skin. Leave it on overnight and wake up with beautiful skin.
