Homemade Facial For Sparkling Glowing Skin

This all-natural, homemade facial is great for all skin types. It is promised to make your skin soft and supple, while giving you a sparkly glow. As any wonderful facial does, this one includes steps. It will go in this order: cleansing, scrubbing, toning, a mask and moisturizing. Each step has the following ingredients that you will simply mix together.

INGREDIENTS:

Cleansing:

1 tablespoon of Gram Flour

Rose Water (however much you need to liquify the gram flour)

Scrubbing:

1 ½ tablespoon of Oats

1 tablespoon of Honey

Toning:

1 tablespoon of Green Tea

½ tablespoon of Lemon

Mask:

2 tablespoons of Yogurt

1 tablespoon of Aloe Vera

½ tablespoon of Turmeric

1 tablespoon of Honey

Moisturizing:

Aloe Vera gel (however much you need to moisturize your face properly)

PROCEDURE:

Cleansing:

This is the first step of the facial. Add 1 tablespoon of gram flour with rose water. This will make a smooth paste that you will apply on your face. Gently rub the mixture in a circular motion for 1-2 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water.

Scrubbing:

Combine 1 ½ tablespoon of oats and 1 tablespoon of honey. Apply this mixture on your face and scrub gently in an upward motion. Rub the scrub smoothly towards the nasal area to clear your black heads. After scrubbing, wash it off with lukewarm water.

Toning:

Mix 1 tablespoon of green tea and ½ tablespoon of lemon together. Take a cotton pad and dab the solution to your face, massaging it in for a minute. Let this toner sit on your skin for five minutes and then wipe off with a clean towel or tissue.

Mask:

You will now create a face mask by mixing 2 tablespoons of yogurt with 1 tablespoon of aloe vera and ½ tablespoon of turmeric. After you’ve mixed these three ingredients, add 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix everything together and then thoroughly coat your face with the mixture. Let it dry completely before rinsing it off with lukewarm water.

Moisturizing:

Once all of these steps have been completed you will want to apply a good moisturizer to your skin. Your best bet is to use Aloe Vera gel or any all-natural moisturizer.
